Based in Ulverston in Cumbria , Birthplace of Stan Laurel , (the thin one) one half of the greatest film comedy team the world has ever known , Laurel and Hardy , Oliver Hardy , (the fat one) was American , and was born in Harlem Georgia.

BS I have a request for all of you L&H fans out there , I am trying to find out some information on Viola Richard , a one time co-star of the Boys , she starred in about 9 silents with them as well as Charley Chase , and I CANNOT find out anything about her , I don`t even know if Viola Richard is her real name! , I have tried the IMDB and all they can tell me is her date of birth and a filmography , if you can shed some light on this sadly forgotten actress , e-mail me please
